SIGHTNA
(Beijing) Technologies Co. Ltd. was established
in 2002. Our mission is to promote the use of iSIGHT/FIPER
technologies that combine design automation, process
integration and optimization design capabilities in
one system for the real life practice of the three
principals of modern industrial design - system design,
parametric design and robust design. With the iSIGHT
technologies as the cornerstone technology together
with the other products and project service capabilities
within SIGHTNA, we can not only provide customers
with a complete series of design technologies and
software tools, but also offer customers an end-to-end
solutions with "System Integration, Process Rationalization,
Parametric Optimization and Collaborative Design"
capabilities - the iSIGHT Solutions. This set of cutting-edge
technologies built on top of the most advanced modern
design philosophy and concepts can serve to improve
and enhance the industrial/manufacturing design capabilities
in China. This is certainly our belief that the successful
completion of our mission will bring a new era in
China's digital design capabilities and that will
be the ultimate measure for our success. |
The iSIGHT technology was invented and developed by
Dr. Siu Shing Tong (one of the founders of SIGHTNA)
while he was in General Electric. Dr. Tong established
Engineous Software, Inc. in 1996 to further develop
and commercialize the iSIGHT technologies. So far,
iSIGHT has been widely adopted and used as the leading
process integration and design optimization software
in the world. This global success is also reflected
in the fledgling success of iSIGHT in China since
the inception of SIGHTNA Beijing in late 2002. SIGHTNA’s
role is to leverage on its extensive reach of engineers,
technologists, academic champions, CAX experts and
vendors to promote iSIGHT technologies and iSIGHT
Solutions in China. Our goal is to help our customers
to improve their overall digital design capabilities
and ultimately realize superior values for them.

of Collaborative Integrated Design Optimization (CIDO)
software as well as offer to our customers the iSIGHT

The
combination of SIGHTNA’s product lines can offer an
end-to-end digital design capabilities, including
the backend CAX software integration based on customers'
design process, that can further drive the design
optimization by iSIGHT/FIPER; the lateral CAD/CAE
model and data interchange by CAPRI and the front-end
GUI-level integration by EASA. The collaborative design
capabilities are further delivered by FIPER and iWEBSIM.
